Giving to a survivor unlocks the opportunity to grow, learn and follow their dreams; it ignites potential that motivates and empowers them to reach their goals. The Dove scholarship fund does just that, and you can be a part of it.
Dove Scholarship Application
The Dove Scholarship is a program birthed from For Freedom Initiative and was created as a resource to help survivors pursue their educational goals whether it be tuition for College, University, Trade School, Vocational, etc.
To apply, you must meet the following criteria for consideration.
- Be a survivor of human trafficking
*Human trafficking survivors are defined by the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 and its subsequent reauthorizations as:- sex trafficking in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age; or
- the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services, through the use of force, fraud or coercion for the purpose of subjection to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery (22 U.S.C. § 7102(9)).
- Live in the U.S.
- Receiving services through our partners
- Provide a Recommendation letter
